Important Notice: Office Operations during COVID-19 Shutdown 

 

As of March 14th, the campus is shifting to remote operations. (This announcement and other information about COVID-19 are available at http://ehs.ucr.edu/coronavirus )

The Title IX/EOAA Office will be operating remotely during this period.  The on-campus office will not be staffed. To contact the office, please email
titleix@ucr.edu .  To file a report, please file online via http://www.sanqinxiangmu.com/reporting

The University will respond promptly and effectively to reports of sexual harassment and sexual violence, and will take appropriate action to prevent, to correct, and when necessary, to discipline behavior that violates the University of California policy on Sexual Violence and Sexual Harassment.

Updates

New Title IX Regulations
On May 6, 2020, the US Department of Education, which enforces Title IX, issued new regulations that will impose significant changes to university's policies and procedures for addressing reports of sexual harassment and other forms of sexual misconduct.  The University of California is responding to these new rules, which are effective August 14, 2020.
