“We spent 10 days on the road touring colleges. Stayed in many hotels during our trek. This hotel tied for NUMBER 1! Room as extremely clean! Room service was prompt! We were provided individual little “bags” for each guest containing coffee for the coffee maker, toiletry products, etc. to assure sanitation-instead of being in the room and having been touched and unused by 10 previous guests. Nice touch”

I will say that my favorite part of my stay was the valet service. Moses was incredibly sweet and went out of his way every time. I loved that he would open all of my doors so that I could get my toddler and infant in efficiently. And would take my stroller and pack in my trunk without asking. He even knew how to work my stroller (that impressed me). Great job Moses! Tanner was also very sweet. It was neat to meet another KC Chiefs fan. 

We have visited St. Regis, Ritz Carlton, Fairfield, Hampton and everything in between and I've never experienced anything like the service at this hotel. 

We traveled over from Columbus for the day to see fireworks since others in the area had been cancelled because of CoVID19. My wife was concerned about the cleanliness and social distancing but after seeing your Facebook videos but I was even more impressed in person! We felt 100% safe.

We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant, and the pool was perfect. I wish the pool bar service was available!  The Executive Level is worth the extra money for breakfast, pantry, late night snacks and early morning treats.  We will be back very soon!

Hotel management answered all my pre-stay COVID-related sanitation questions. Speaking of which, they get an 'A' in my book with how they handle their sanitation processes! Without question I will be staying here again. Hats off to the management and staff. You Rock!
