Dear everyone,
It's with some regret that I'm writing this to let you all know that I shaln't be continuing this blog here on Livejournal, and will instead be writing at Wordpress from now on.

Really, I'd much rather have just stayed, but there are a few things I'm becoming increasingly frustrated with -- not least the fact thatLivejournal seems to pointedly not allow me to use my own domain name. I don't wish to continue paying Livejournal for an account which doesn't even provide such a basic hosting service, and nor do I wish to continue paying for a domain that most people never even see! Oh, and did I mention the incessant deluge of spam I seem to get here? This account will stay open, and nothing will be deleted (at least not by me) – But existing entries will be archived and F-locked, and nothing further will be posted here.

Specifically to my Livejournal friends, please follow my syndicated feed at supernovacond -- you've all been wonderful and provided me with endless conversation and discussions. The choice is yours, of course. But you shall be sorely missed if I never receive your comments again. Rest assured, also, that I will still be keeping an eye on the journals of everyone I still follow here!
